Processing Time

Your order will be pending until payment is received. Orders will be dispatched from our studio within the next 1 to 3 business days once the order has been confirmed.

Orders will be delivered in 5 to 8 business days.

Taxes and Custom Fees 

Any taxes or customs fees as deemed by your country’s legal regulations are to be held responsible by the customer. In the event that an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery will have to be borne by the customer.

 

Tracking 

All shipping methods are trackable once dispatched. Kindly note that not all destination countries are able to provide specific tracking updates once packages are received by the local postal company for processing before delivery.
